Steve Hammersly

 joined MAHA after two decades at Pearson Education, as head of Alliances for its Higher Ed unit. His responsibilities were split between working with its M&A team on operational analyses of targets, and initiating digital publishing partnerships with, among others, Apple, Google, Amazon, Audible, and Adobe. He also has 15 years of experience as a serial tech entrepreneur, and as a Media Economics professor at the New School for Social Research.
