Marketing Manager

stakeholders.

Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for:

  • Managing social media channels, consistent with our overall messaging strategies
  • Assisting in our PR efforts, and disseminating placements
  • Arranging for MAHA Salon events, including invites, venue and hospitality logistics
  • Managing the logistics for conferences, or Founder appearances
  • MAHA’s website: adding blog-like content, additions to brand board, new staff
    announcements, etc
  • The tactical management of any paid ad campaigns, consistent with our overall
    messaging strategies
  • Managing in-company events logistics

This is a perfect role for someone who has decided on a career in Marketing, that wants a
hands-on role managing all the tactical elements of the marketing function within a tech
company. We are looking for a smart, reliable, intellectually curious individual, who is maybe
not ready for a senior role but wants to be responsible for the day-to-day handling of our
marketing activities.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree, with 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with website analytics tools, content management systems
  • Project management skills, along with the ability to multi-task; being a highly organized
    self-starter is a must!
  • Digital marketing experience including the active managing of social media channels,
    and email campaigns; SEO/SEM experience a plus
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights and recommendations around lead
    generation and targeted account programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to create engaging copy
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Experience working in varied venues (conferences, workshops) a plus
