MAHA Appoints Two Communications Industry Leaders to its Board of Directors and CCO Advisory Board Strengthening its Corporate Reputation Advisory Capabilities

Sausalito, Calif. – February 20, 2024 – MAHA Global, a leading evolutionary AI SaaS company, today expanded their board advisory bench with two veteran chief communications officers. These additions strongly position MAHA to stay ahead of the needs of its customers, who are operating in an increasingly complex and data driven market.

Jerilan Greene Appointed to Board of Directors

Jerilan Greene, Founder of leadership strategy and communications firm New Capacity Partners, will join MAHA’s Board of Directors. Previously, Jerilan was Yum! Brands Chief Communications & Public Affairs Officer, overseeing global communications, sustainability, philanthropy and government affairs, and has held leadership roles at three of the top five PR agencies.

“Reputation intelligence is a fast-evolving space, which is why I’m glad to see a platform like Darwin that gives communicators an even stronger foundation to partner with fellow leaders on navigating risks, opportunities and data-driven decisions,” said Greene. “I look forward to collaborating with fellow advisors and the board on the promising road ahead for MAHA.”

Kathy Krenger Named CCO Advisory Board Member

Kathy Krenger, Partner at nonprofit management consulting firm thredpartners, will join the CCO Advisory Board, bringing decades of experience in previous roles including as Kraft Heinz Chief Communications Officer, Hyatt Hotels Senior VP of Global Communications and Executive Vice President and General Manager at Edelman.

“I’m passionate about elevating brands and business outcomes with integrated communications strategies backed by data and innovation,” said Krenger. “MAHA’s platform empowers companies to understand and manage the evolving drivers affecting their corporate reputation. I’m looking forward to working with MAHA on their innovative solutions serving the C-Suite.”

Krenger joins an exemplary CCO Advisory Board formed in 2023, including Kelly McGinnis, SVP, Chief Communications Officer at Levi Strauss & Co.; Jim Weiss, Founder + Chairman of Real Chemistry and Judy Brown, former SVP, Corporate Affairs at Amgen and Chairperson at Amgen Foundation, Inc.

MAHA’s Reputation Intelligence Platform Darwin
It’s now possible to generate insights that not only build on what people think, feel and say, but also provide real-time competitive intelligence that helps predict the actions a company can take to build and protect reputation, outperform peers and engage across multiple stakeholders.

The power of Darwin’s analytical method comes from the pairing of newly available big data with a deep bioscience intelligence engineered by Dartmouth scientists who are using the same mathematical models to isolate attributes among species that lead to survival, adaptation and extinction. For the first time, these methods can be applied to corporate data sets – offering up forward-looking analysis grounded in financial models, AI and science.

“What sets MAHA’s platform Darwin apart is that it uniquely unifies stakeholder perception and enterprise performance, and it’s backed by our peer reviewed science and machine learning models – making it possible for reputation teams to quantify financial risk and prioritize future reputational opportunities,” said MAHA Co-Founder and CEO Haider Nazar. “Jerilan and Kathy are both strategic leaders with valuable experience navigating the complex communications, brand reputation and stakeholder landscape. “As we expand our ability to anticipate and serve customer needs, I’m excited to have Jerilan’s partnership on the Board of Directors, and equally delighted to expand our depth of stakeholder insights with Kathy’s addition to the CCO Advisory Board.”
